| Robert W. Lappin, PhD
Bob Lappin, Ph.D.,
founder of Lappin Consulting Group, is an organizational consultant who has
over twenty years experience in leadership development, proving many times over
its value to organizational functioning. Dr. Lappin has assisted individuals,
groups, and teams to find constructive and creative solutions to personal,
organizational and professional problems, and, ultimately, to achieve their
strategic goals and objectives. By bringing a unique combination of
psychological technologies and a wide variety of essential experiences, Dr.
Lappin has helped organizations become more successful by developing the
performance capabilities of the individuals who comprise them.
A leadership and organizational development expert since 1977, Dr. Lappin's consultation work with individuals involves mentoring and coaching organizational leaders and senior executives, assisting individuals who are in danger of "derailment" regain their status and productivity, solving interpersonal conflict, and helping members understand the dynamics of teamwork and develop more satisfying and productive interpersonal relationships.
